PROJECT OVERVIEW: The project was a return opportunity for LPS and one of their existing commercial clients. The LPS team was tasked to space plan, transport and re-install the client’s existing office furniture into a new facility. The client had previously purchased the current furniture from LPS and also required additional pieces as the new space was larger and featured more lounge seating areas.
- Design: The new design objective aimed to create a more relaxed work environment by introducing earth-toned and wood finishes with a more residential inspired feel.
- Build: One challenge included reconfiguring existing office furniture into a newer, larger space.
- Furnish: The final design selections featured durable, comfortable finishes such as leather soft-vinyl, textured wood laminates and stain-resistant surfaces.
