Our company name—LPS Direct—reflects the names of our founders, Louis and Susan Pou, whose story is iconic of a family business built on service and ingenuity. Before establishing LPS, the Pous specialized in renovation design, working with numerous contractors to facilitate projects. They often experienced the frustration of clients who had difficulty juggling the various vendors and complex factors involved, which caused issues such as delays, unexpected costs, and poor quality.

It became apparent to the Pous that they could do it better. In 2015, they established LPS Direct to provide a start-to-finish solution for clients that would ensure timely, cost-effective, and superior-quality renovation services. The Pous and their team quickly built a following on Long Island by exceeding expectations and providing a smooth and expertly guided renovation process, from start to finish.
