At LPS, we offer two types of kitchen cabinet structures, three levels of customization, and various wood species and finishes based on your specific requirements.
Framed vs. Frameless:
First, you need to select the overall structure of your cabinets. At LPS Kitchen Cabinets, we are proud to provide framed and frameless options.
With a framed kitchen cabinet layout, a face frame is attached to the front of the kitchen cabinet. Our framed kitchen cabinets are durable and flexible, making them a popular choice among homeowners on Long Island. However, please note that this option may have less storage space than a frameless one.
We also offer frameless kitchen cabinets, which are best known as European or full-access kitchen cabinets. A frameless kitchen cabinet does not have a face frame, creating more storage room. It also offers more accessibility, making this kitchen cabinet model a great solution for homeowners who want a universally accessible kitchen.
Kitchen Cabinet Types:

Wood Species:
Our kitchen cabinets come in several popular wood species:
Kitchen Cabinet Finishes:
Once you’ve selected the structure of your kitchen cabinet, the level of customization you want, and your preferred wood species, it’s time to choose a finish. We offer the following finish options:
The LPS Kitchen Cabinets showroom has knobs and pulls of all kinds to spice up your kitchen. Our knobs come in several shapes and sizes, like round, rectangular, square, birdcage and oval. Knobs can give a vintage feel that goes great with traditional kitchens.
Our pulls (metallic rods or rings) are usually easier to grip compared to knobs and come in several styles. Choose from bar (straight, sleek and clean-lined), drop handles (pendant style easy for gripping), ring (curved line that “drops” from a base plate), cup/bin pulls (neutral half-dome shape), appliance pulls (match your cabinets with your appliances) and much more.
Kitchen cabinet hardware finishes include chrome (shiny, silver finish for modern kitchens), satin nickel (satiny finish for traditional and contemporary kitchens), oil-rubbed bronze (old-world, country kitchen), and brushed copper (antique appearance).
Customized options include custom pleated kitchen cabinet door pulls, custom length specialty finishes, custom shapes and color-matching technology.
We offer tiered spice trays that are great for those with an average spice collection. They can fit comfortably in a kitchen drawer and can be organized how you choose. Deep drawers are available to store pots and pans without having to worry about banging or jamming when you open them, and we can even add wastebasket drawers so any stinky smells from the trash don’t spread through the kitchen.
We can install kitchen racks that can hold anything from your favorite wines to plates that can show off your style. We have floating shelves that can hold vases, canisters, bowls and candles. Kitchen rail systems that help maximize storage by holding wireframe storage containers, utensils, pots, pans, and towels can be added as well.
Our team can also install multi-storage pantries to keep your pantry organized, as well as lazy Susans and swing-out shelves that utilize corner space and can be layered to maximize storage space.
