LPS Direct redesigned a 1,200 sq. ft. kitchen and first floor to create an open layout ideal for entertaining. The project involved removing a 16-foot wall, addressing multiple flooring materials with varying heights, and adding natural lighting. The team overcame challenges such as rotted structural rafters and installing a 30-foot wide structural header beam. The design incorporated light colors, quartz countertops, and customized features using pre-existing cabinet parts, resulting in a functional and stylish space.
